Lady biscuits
In this simple sweet recipe, there are only two main ingredients, but from them you can cook biscuits which will let you fly in heavenly joy of sweetness and light taste.
The most important is to have right proportions of egg yolk and sugar. If you would like to make more than 40 biscuits, just take 2 cups of sugar and 4 egg yolks. I add a tsp of lemon juice to calm down sweetness from sugar and add colour to just have fun. You can also varies in colours which will make your biscuit tray full of colours.

Biscuits: 40
Ingredients:
1 cup/ 0.5lb/ 200g sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp food colour
Separate egg yolks in large bowl. Add sugar. Take electrical mixer and beat egg and sugar in white foam. You have to beat mixture till sugar is melted completely. If mixture get very thick, white creamy foam, it is ready. Add food color. I pick red to make biscuits in light pink shade.
Put backing paper on the pan and put teaspoon full of mixture to the pan. Just remember not to put biscuit mixture to close to each other, because they may spread. Preheat oven till 180 degrees and bake biscuits for 15 min.
